Return and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to socks purchased on our website, The Wudhu Socks South Africa.

Exchanges for Defects:

Due to hygiene considerations, we will only exchange socks deemed defective upon inspection by our team.

Requirements for Exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation).
  • Socks must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@wudhusocks.co.za to initiate the return process.
  2. We will provide return instructions, including the delivery address.
  3. We recommend using a trackable service for your protection. Customers are responsible for all return courier costs. 

Exchange Processing Time:

  • The return will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the item.
  • If deemed defective, you will be contacted to confirm your delivery details. There will be no additional courier costs for the replacement.

Important Notes:

  • We only offer replacements for defective items.
  • Replacements will be fulfilled with socks of the same color and size.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with any issues.
