Return and Exchange Policy
This policy applies to socks purchased on our website, The Wudhu Socks South Africa.
Exchanges for Defects:
Due to hygiene considerations, we will only exchange socks deemed defective upon inspection by our team.
Requirements for Exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation).
- Socks must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@wudhusocks.co.za to initiate the return process.
- We will provide return instructions, including the delivery address.
- We recommend using a trackable service for your protection. Customers are responsible for all return courier costs.
Exchange Processing Time:
- The return will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the item.
- If deemed defective, you will be contacted to confirm your delivery details. There will be no additional courier costs for the replacement.
Important Notes:
- We only offer replacements for defective items.
- Replacements will be fulfilled with socks of the same color and size.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with any issues.
